MEETING ROOM RESERVATIONS – Updated for 2026
Meeting rooms for Library meetings, programs, classes and events are located on the lower and upper level of the Library. These rooms are also available for public use by reservation only. Walk-in use is not available. We have a Board Room that will seat 15, two Meeting Rooms that accommodate 28 people each and when rented together can accommodate 56, and a brand new (as of January 2026) Conference Room that will accommodate 24 people.

**Please note that due to increased library programming, there are fewer openings for the meeting rooms in the evening. Please inquire, as there may be an availability due to cancellation, but it is not guaranteed.
CONFERENCE ROOM (NEW 2026) – upper level
Brand new (2026) Conference Room seats 24 and features vista like views and a smart board (interactive touch screen display with integrated software for presentations, web browsing, media, and content), wireless internet, tables, a sink and large counter.
MEETING ROOMS – lower level
Each Meeting Room seats 28, has a drop-down screen, white erase board and a flatscreen television. Each Meeting Room is approximately 22 1/2 feet long by 21 feet wide. Double Meeting Room would be approximately 45 feet long by 21 feet wide. As of 2026, the Meeting Rooms feature new paint and new technology storage cabinets and streamlined technology.
BOARD ROOM – lower level
The Board Room seats 15. It has a drop-down screen, white dry erase boards and a flat screen television.
