Join us for sips, sweets and suspense at the Library
Northland Public Library Foundation is proud to periodically host over-21 murder mystery fundraisers after-hours throughout the library with sips, sweets and suspense. Event attendees have the chance to solve an interactive, original murder mystery developed by Northland’s Adult Services librarians, while raising funds in support of the Library.
The first event, Murder in the Stacks: A Northland Mystery, debuted in September 2023, and after a tremendous response — tickets sold out in less than 36 hours! — an encore presentation was held in February 2024 and sold out just as quickly.
In September 2024, the Foundation hosted a brand-new event, Staged for Murder: A Northland Mystery, over the course of two evenings, followed by a cruise ship-themed mystery, Murder Sets Sail, in September 2025.
