Northland Public Library Foundation

Providing Support for Northland Public Library

The Northland Public Library Foundation is a separate, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides ongoing funding support to assist the growing needs of the library. Founded in 1985, it manages several fund-raising efforts including various book-giving programs and an annual direct-mail campaign and provides for planned-giving opportunities. The Foundation manages your donations through book giving programs, annual fund, United Way, and capital campaigns. We are also building a legacy of support for the Library by investing the gifts we receive from bequests, gifts of appreciated stock, and more.
The Foundation Board meets at 7:00pm at the library on the second Wednesday of every month, beginning in January of each year.

Board Membership

The Foundation is composed of an all-volunteer board of diverse people including financial consultants, managers, moms, dads, designers, librarians, attorneys, and many more from all walks of life and interests.

Recruiting and retaining volunteers to continue the mission of the Foundation is a difficult task. We realize that many of you have busy, hectic lifestyles and demanding careers, but we need you! The future of the library depends on you and your neighbors.
